Jigsaw: Parents/Caregivers (of 2nd – 6th-year students)
Over the past 18 months, our school has been taking part in Jigsaw’s One Good School initiative. To help evaluate the program, you were asked to complete a survey in September 2019.
Now we would like you to fill in this follow-up survey to see if anything has changed and to get your feedback on the initiative One_Good_School_Parent_Survey . The survey should not take more than 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is much appreciated.
The survey is to be completed by parents/caregivers from 2nd Year through to 6th Year.
