Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),

Students who originally paid for the ice-skating trip in 3rd Year, 4th Year, LCA, and 5th and 6th Year will participate in this activity on Wednesday, 10 December.

Students must be in the school atrium at the earlier time of 8:45am. They should wait in the atrium for roll call; all class groups will leave before 8:55am. Any student who arrives late will not be able to attend the trip, as they must be supervised by a teacher on the way to the venue.

The ice-skating session will take place from 10:00am to 10:50am. Students must arrive at the venue 20 minutes before their scheduled session; therefore, students must be on time to school, as students are walking to the ice rink under the supervision of their teachers.

As the ice rink is a cold environment and the weather can be unpredictable, students should wear appropriate outdoor clothing, including a jacket, hat, and scarf. Only school-branded PE gear should be worn.

After the ice-skating session, students will visit the Marina Market from 11:10am to 12:10pm. They should bring money for food or drinks, or a packed lunch if preferred. Teachers will provide a specific time and meeting location once students have finished their lunch. Students must remain inside the Marina Market at all times. When leaving the venue, students will walk back to school under the supervision of their teachers. However, in cases where a parent/guardian is collecting a student or gives permission for their child to make their own way home, prior notice must be given to the Year Head in advance of Wednesday, 10 December.

If your child has any medical conditions or food allergies, please notify the Year Head immediately.

Students who did not sign up for the ice-skating trip will have regular classes and are expected to attend school as normal.

As the activity was booked and paid for based on the original number of students who expressed interest, no additional students can be accommodated, and refunds cannot be issued. Any outstanding money must be paid into the school office immediately. Failure to pay the full amount will mean your child will not be permitted to attend.

If you need to contact your child’s Year Head, please do so via email, V-Mail on VSware, or by phoning the school directly.
