Dear Parents/Guardians,
The school wishes to remind you of the rules concerning the wearing of the school uniform and required class materials. The school will continue to monitor the following beginning Tuesday, March 18th.
Uniform
As per the code of behaviour, all students are expected to wear their full school uniform every day. (Jumper, Shirt, Tie, Pants, Black Shoes)
No non-school jackets or hoodies are allowed in class.
Students are only allowed to wear their school tracksuits on PE days or if given permission for a school trip or match. No non-school tracksuits or hoodies are permitted before or after PE.
Students who do not have a school uniform are required to give an explanation via:
- The school journal
- VSware/Vmail
- Phone call to the main office
If a student arrives in school without their school uniform and no explanation has been made, the office will contact home to arrange for
- The student to return home to put on their uniform
- The parent to drop their uniform to school
If a student continues to arrive in school without a uniform, then the following sanctions will apply
- Wednesday detention
- Suspension
School Bags and Materials for class
All students are expected to have a school bag and materials for class every day.
Students who do not have a school bag and materials for class are required to give an explanation via:
- The school journal
- VSware/Vmail
- Phone call to the main office
If a student arrives in school without a school bag and materials for class and no explanation has been made, the office will contact home to arrange for
- The student to return home to get their school bag and materials for class
- The parent to drop their school bag and materials for class to the school
If a student continues to arrive in school with no school bag and materials for class, then further sanctions will apply:
- Wednesday detention
- Suspension
