Dear Parent(s), Guardian(s) and Students,
As you are aware, school has concluded for all 6th years (except 6LCA), and attendance is not required. However, the school will remain open to 6th years under the following arrangements:
- Supervised Study
Supervised Study is available for students who need a space to study from Monday, May 20th, until Thursday, May 23rd, from 9am to 1pm in Room 9. Teachers will supervise students during this time. If a student wishes to attend Supervised Study, please let Mr Barry know in advance via Teams. Noise and disruption will not be tolerated, and students must wear their uniform at all times. Failure to comply will result in a student being sent home.
- Continuation of Classes
Some subject teachers will continue classes as normal and they will contact students via Teams if this is the case. Students attending these classes must wear their uniform. Once classes have ended, students are kindly asked to leave the building promptly.
- Collection of Materials
If students need to collect books, exam papers, or other materials, they must arrange a time with the school for collection. Please call the school to make these arrangements.
4. Graduation
Students presenting at the graduation will receive a text in the coming days with details about attending a practice session. Only those students who are specifically asked to attend this practice will be required to do so. As per invitation, the full graduation ceremony begins at 7pm on Thursday, May 23.
When attending school, students are required to follow school rules and wear their uniforms at all times. Congregating in the school corridors or interrupting other classes will not be tolerated.
