Dear Parents/Guardians,
For the attention of parents/guardians of 5th and 6th Year Biology students.
Our Ecology Field Trip will take place this Friday the 17th of April.
Students are required to be at the school for 8:40am, as we will be walking to Kent Train Station to catch the 9:30am train to Fota. Any student who arrives late will have to remain in school for the day.
Students should wear a tracksuit (the school tracksuit if available) and runners. A coat is also essential, as all activities will take place outdoors and showers are likely.
Students may bring their own lunch or purchase food at the restaurant in Fota; however, they will need to bring money if they wish to buy lunch.
We will take the 14:40 train back to Kent, which is scheduled to arrive at 15:00. In the event of any delays, there is an alternative train at 15:10.
Following our return to Kent Station, students will not be required to return to school.
