Return to School Dates

RETURN TO SCHOOL 2020-2021 INFORMATION

Wednesday 2nd September 2020 – 6th Year & 6LCA 

6th Years start at 9 am 6LCA start at 9.35 am

6th Years assemble in the MAIN YARD to meet Principal and Year Head

• Under current guidelines, it is essential that all students present on time and don’t turn up late and please ensure all students stay in the yard until asked to go to their class by their teacher
• Students collect their timetable
• Students are assigned their rooms and corridor
• 9.35am  –  Students will be taken to their first class by class teacher. Formal classes will continue until 11.35am. 
• Students may return home at this time and do not return to school until Monday 7^th September when the full timetable resumes

6LCA assemble in the HALL to meet Principal and Year Head

• Under current guidelines it is essential that all students present on time and don’t turn up late and please ensure all students stay in the HALL until asked to go to their class by their teacher
• Students collect their Timetable & meet Coordinator
• Students are assigned their rooms and corridor
• 10.15am – Formal classes for 6LCA will continue until 11.35am
• Students may return home at this time and do not return to school until Monday 7^th September 2020 when the full timetable resumes

         Thursday 3rd September 2020 – 2nd Years & 3rd Years 

2nd Years return at 9.00 am 3rd Years return at 9.35 am

2nd Years assemble in the MAIN YARD to meet Principal and Year Head.

• Students Collect their timetable
• Students are assigned their rooms and corridor
• 9.35am  –  Students will be taken to their first class by class teacher.
• Formal classes will continue until 11.35am. 
• Students may return home at this time and do not return to school until Monday 7^th September when the full timetable resumes

3rd Years assemble in the MAIN YARD to meet Principal and Year Head at 9.35 am.

*3rd Year ASD students to assemble in the BASE 

• Under current guidelines, it is essential that all students present on time and don’t turn up late and please ensure all students stay in the yard/Base until asked to go to their class by their teacher
• Students Collect their timetable
• Students are assigned their rooms and corridor
• 10.15 am – Formal classes for 3^rd Years will continue until 11.35 am
•  Students may return home at this time and do not return to school until Monday 7^th September 2020 when the full timetable resumes

Friday 4thSeptember 2020 – 5th years

5th Years return at 9.00 am 5LCA  return at 9.35 am

5th Years assemble in the MAIN YARD to meet Principal and Year Head

• Under current guidelines, it is essential that all students present on time and don’t turn up late and please ensure all students stay in the yard until asked to go to their class by their teacher
• Students collect their timetable and meet individual teachers re Option Subjects
• Meet their teachers re Core Subjects and be assigned their class group
• Be assigned their rooms and corridor
• Students finish @ 11.35 am for the rest of the day

5th LCA assemble in the MAIN YARD to meet Principal and Coordinator at 9.35 am

• Under current guidelines, it is essential that all students present on time and don’t turn up late and please ensure all students stay in the yard until asked to go to their class by their teacher
• Students collect their Timetable & are assigned their room/corridor
• Students finish @ 11.35 am for the rest of the day

Monday 7th September 2020 – All Years Groups & TY

Transition Years start at 9.35am All other Year Groups start school at 8.55 am to 3:45 pm; normal school day resumes

4th years assemble in the MAIN YARD to meet Principal and Coordinator at 9.35am

• Under current guidelines, it is essential that all students present on time and don’t turn up late and please ensure all students stay in the yard until asked to go to their class by their teacher
• Students collect their timetable and meet coordinator regarding programme
• Be assigned their classrooms/corridors
• Students follow their timetable for the remainder of the day
• Students finish 3.45pm as per timetable

All other year groups (1st to 6th; excluding TY) start at 8.55 am follow the timetable. School resumes as normal 8.55 am to 3.45 pm.
