As you know, VSWare is our primary platform for sharing important information regarding your child or the school community. If you’re having trouble setting up your profile, please watch the video below. Make sure your notifications are enabled, as you won’t receive messages otherwise. You will have received a text with your username please keep this text for future reference. When creating a password you MUST use both capital and small letters, a series of numbers and a special character such as !,@,?,&,* etc.
Failure to download and access VSWare on a regular basis will result in you not receiving important messages.
The VSWare app allows parents/guardians to:
- Monitor your child’s attendance
- Access their timetables
- Keep track of assessments and grades post-examinations
- Directly communicate with your child’s Year Head and subject teachers using the new VMAILfeature
- Notify the school via the VSWare App if your child is unable to attend school due to illness or an appointment.
- Fill in Permission slips
